Our Mobile CARE Clinic will be on-site at Live Well Bayou for FREE health screenings!
Live Well Bayou includes cancer screenings for four different types of cancer, including breast, colorectal, prostate and skin.
The Mobile CARE Clinic health screenings will include:
- Blood Pressure
- Resting Pulse Rate
- Blood Glucose & Lipid Profile
- Weight & Waist Circumference
- Registered Nurse Consult
Screenings are generously provided by The Foundation for Terrebonne General Health System.
