It is the Terrebonne General Health System’s (“Terrebonne General”) intent to solicit proposals from interested and qualified firms for the provision of grant management services in response to Hurricane Ida, the COVID-19 pandemic, and other current and future federally declared disaster events. Interested parties may request the solicitation and bid documents from Meggan Murray at Meggan.Murray@tghealthsystem.com, by going to tghealthsystem.com/about/RFP, or by using Periscope S2G (formerly Bidsync, registration and service fees may apply) by going toapp.bidsync.com. Proposals submitted electronically will be accepted up to the date and time below. Proposals received after that time will not be accepted. Terrebonne General currently expects to award a contract, or contracts, pursuant to this solicitation by October 25, 2021. Additional details are provided below:

Terrebonne General intends to utilize Federal Emergency Management Agency (“FEMA”) financial assistance to fund all or a part the costs incurred under the resulting contract(s). Accordingly, interested parties must agree to comply with all applicable federal laws, regulations, executive orders, FEMA requirements, and all other terms and conditions incorporated into the bid documentation and the resulting contract(s).
