Houma, LA – Terrebonne General Health System Director of Protective Services Percy Mosely was presented with the CASA of Terrebonne Mosely Courville Award. Mosely regularly volunteers at local fundraisers and Terrebonne General events, most notable for cooking his jambalaya or white beans.
Every year CASA of Terrebonne host a Volunteer Appreciation Social to celebrate their volunteers and present awards for Board Member of the Year, Angel of the Year, Rookie of the Year, and Volunteer of the Year. During the ceremony, the Herman J. Courville Foundation presents an award to individuals to recognize their contributions to making their Annual Southdown Bar's CASA of Terrebonne Crawfish Boil Off a success. This year the board chose to recognize Percy Mosley as their recipient.
Mosely has served on the Terrebonne General Security team for 24 years and is currently Region 3 Hospital Emergency Preparedness Coordinator and Director of Protective Services at Terrebonne General. In addition to this award, Mosely received Terrebonne’s Most Useful Citizen Award earlier this year for his generosity of time, talent and effort to improve the Terrebonne Parish community.
