• Behavioral: Missing work or school and experiencing work or school problems, having disrupted sleeping patterns
• Financial problems: Having debts and being financially strapped because of buying drugs you cannot afford
• Emotional: Becoming excessively irritable and/or argumentative, defensive, rationalizing and offering alibis, excuses, or justifications for behavior, and blaming others
