The Mobile CARE Clinic provides health education, free health screenings and can be deployed in times of natural disaster. Help in the success of this amazing program by donating to the Mobile CARE Clinic Endowment.

• How will the funds be used?
  • The Mobile CARE Clinic Endowment is a perpetual investment fund where the income will be used to support the programmatic mission of the clinic and provide continued free health screenings and expanded clinic offerings.

  • All donations are tax deductible to the full extent of the law. The Foundation for Terrebonne General is a not-for-profit 501c3 organization. Tax ID 72-1192959

• How will donors be recognized?
  • Donors who make any gift or pledge to the campaign will receive:
    • Recognition on Campaign acknowledgements
    • Recognition on the Donor Wall at Terrebonne General Health System
    • Invitation to special Major Donor event
    • Recognition at the Foundation’s Annual Rooftop event
• What is the campaign goal?
  • The total goal for the The Mobile Care Clinic Endowment Campaign is $250,000. The initial goal for the first year is $70,000. Donations made before December 30, 2024, will be matched up to $25,000 by the Greater New Orleans Freeman Challenge Grant.
